WeEn Semiconductors BTA330B-800xT 3Q Hi-Com TRIACs

WeEn Semiconductors BTA330B-800xT 3Q Hi-Com TRIACs feature 3Q technology for improved noise immunity and offer very high immunity to false turn-on by dV/dt and fast transients. These Triode Alternating Currents (TRIACs) are planar passivated high commutation three quadrant triacs in a TO263 (D2PAK) mountable plastic package. Features include high junction operating temperature capability with 150°C maximum and high voltage and current capability. The BTA330B-800xT TRIACs are used in applications where high junction operating temperature capability is required. These TRIACs are ideal for use in heating controls, high power motor control, and high power switching.
