HDP65 & MDP65 65W AC-DC Power Supplies

Bel Power Solutions HDP65 and MDP65 65W AC-DC Power Supplies feature open-frame construction with a universal input voltage range from 90VAC to 264VAC and a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. These convection-cooled power supplies are designed using GaN power technology and provide a high power density of 17.20W/in3 and high efficiency of up to 92%. Bel Power Solutions HDP65 and MDP65 AC-DC Power Supplies offer output power up to 65W, RoHS compliance, and Nemko and UL safety approvals. The HDP65 series meets IEC 62368 safety standards and is ideal for industrial applications. The MDP65 series meets IEC 60601 safety standards and 2 x MOPP, making it ideal for medical applications, including body floating (BF).

VOF-150D AC-DC Power Supplies

CUI Inc VOF-150D AC-DC Power Supplies offer a 150W continuous output power rating, a 2" x 4" footprint, and up to 94% efficiency. VOF-150D power supplies meet safety class I or II, class A/B conducted and radiated emissions, and are certified to EN/IEC/UL 62368-1. Additional features include an adjustable output voltage and multiple protections, including overcurrent, short-circuit, and overvoltage. CUI Inc VOF-150D AC-DC Power Supplies are suitable for space-constrained industrial, telecom, and IT equipment applications.
