Resettable PTC Fuses

Bel Fuse Resettable PTC Fuses offer superior circuit protection in traditional radial lead and SMD chip packages. Resettable PTC Fuses protect against harmful overcurrent, short circuit conditions, and over-temperature conditions not necessarily caused by excessive current. Bel Fuse Resettable PTC Fuses are ideal for industrial, low-voltage USB equipment, security systems, and test equipment applications.

0ZCF Resettable PPTC Fuses

Bel Fuse 0ZCF Resettable PPTC Fuses are AEC-Q200 compliant fuses designed for automotive and resettable applications with high current and/or voltage. These fuses feature 2920 chip size, high hold currents, and fast trip time. The 0ZCF fuses operate at 300mA to 5A hold current range and -40°C to +85°C temperature range. Bel Fuse 0ZCF Resettable PPTC Fuses are RoHS 2 compliant, UL recognized (E305051), and TUV certified (R5012117).

Automotive Fuses

Bel Fuse Automotive Fuses feature a wide variety of products that are specially designed for automotive circuit protection, whether in the cabin or under the hood. These fuses comply with AEC-Q200 test qualifications for passive electrical devices and provide high reliability, durability, and stability. Bel Fuse Automotive Fuses protect a wide range of automotive applications, including overcurrent and overtemperature, which can be critical to a vehicle’s overall reliability. The portfolio includes SMD chip and brick fuses, high-temperature PTC resettable fuses, SMD PTC resettable fuses, and radial lead PTC resettable fuses.

SMT & Radial Lead PTC Resettable Fuses

Bel Fuse SMT and Radial Lead Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) Resettable Fuses offer circuit protection with an added resettable feature. They are available in low-profile SMT packages or traditional radial lead packages. Similar to Bel's extensive line of traditional fuse products, these resettable fuses protect against harmful overcurrent and short circuit conditions. These PTC devices can also be used to protect against overtemperature conditions that are not necessarily caused by excessive current. Bel Fuse PTC Resettable Fuses will reset after power to the circuit is removed, the fault is cleared, and power is reapplied to the circuit. This reset ability protects electronic equipment, which remains fully functional, and eliminates the need to physically replace a fuse.
