These systems support power conversion and a DC bus with a rectifier diode that converts AC line voltage to DC. The fuel-powered/hybrid military Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems provide TVS diodes, fuses, and MOSFETs for semiconductor switches, surge protection, and rectification. DP High-Voltage, Fast-Recovery Diodes

IXYS DP High-Voltage, Fast-Recovery Diodes are 600V or 1200V Schottky diodes with low reverse leakage current and fast recovery time. IXYS DP Fast-Recovery Diodes are planar passivated chips in a TO-220 or TO-247 package type.
