DW Series Power Connectors

JAE Electronics DW Series Power Connectors are ideal for use in a wide range of high-current applications. With the expansion of green energy such as solar power generation, the usage of the storage battery system to store electricity temporarily is increasing proactively. The lithium-ion type storage battery is increasing for storage systems, so to add to the power supply type, JAE has proposed a rack and panel type complex connector with signal contacts to monitor the status and state of charge for the battery or power module. The DW family includes multiple series to fit the needs of several key markets in power and energy storage that range from small to mid-range power as well as high power energy storage applications.

DW07 High-Current Busbar Connectors

JAE Electronics DW07 High-Current Busbar Connectors provide an easy way to connect power busbars in high-current equipment. The connectors feature an innovative solution that uses no screws, offering benefits over the conventional multiple-screw methods. The connector attaches easily with one hand, clipping onto mating holes in the busbar. The floating connection compensates for misalignment between the rigid busbars being connected. The amount of current conducted is easily adjusted by changing the number of DW07 connectors attached to one line. JAE Electronics DW07 High-Current Busbar Connectors reduce installation and maintenance time while the elimination of screws enables design flexibility and higher-density installations.
