The Z Series features a unique platform structure that provides a wide range of clock oscillator specifications using a single, standardized crystal blank, driver IC, and ceramic package combination. KYOCERA AVX Z Series Clock Oscillators are suitable for various design requirements, from the smallest IoT devices to large-scale network equipment.

Automotive Crystal Oscillator

KYOCERA AVX Automotive Crystal Oscillators feature C-MOS output and AEC-Q100 / Q200 qualification. These devices offer a frequency of 1.5MHz to 80MHz with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. KYOCERA AVX Automotive Crystal Oscillators have a supply voltage of 1.6 to 3.63V and frequency stability of ±100ppm (-40°C to +125°C) and ±50ppm (-40°C to +85°C). Applications include cameras, Ethernet, radars, and V2X.

AEC-Q200 Std Clock Oscillator Products

KYOCERA AVX AEC-Q200 Std Clock Oscillator Products (SPXO) feature a 1.5MHz to 160MHz frequency range, CMOS output, and a wide supply voltage of 1.6V to 3.63V. This lineup offers low current consumption, low phase noise, and RoHS compliance. Additional features include moisture sensitivity level (MSL) 1 and process sensitivity level (PSL) R4Y. KYOCERA AVX AEC-Q200 Std Clock Oscillator Products are designed for automotive applications, such as cameras, navigation, sensors, mirrors, radar, and headlights.
