Littelfuse P-S-LRP Asymmetrical Discrete Thyristors are SIDACtor® components designed to protect LCAS (Line Circuit Access Switch) devices from damaging overvoltage transients. The components provide a specialized asymmetrical overvoltage protection solution that enables equipment to comply with various global regulatory standards. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The DO-14 package thyristors feature LCAS specific tip and ring thresholds, low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. Littelfuse P-S-LRP devices are RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.

The series provides a specialized asymmetrical dual port overvoltage protection solution that enables equipment to comply with various global regulatory standards. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. the asymmetrical multipart thyristors offer two-port protection and can replace four discrete components. The MS-013 package thyristors feature LCAS specific tip and ring thresholds, low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. A122-U-4L devices are RoHS compliant, Lead-free, and Halogen-free.
