MPQ7231赤外線LED照明ドライバ

Monolithic Power Systems（MPS）MPQ7231赤外線LED照明ドライバは、アイセーフティ機能が統合された固定周波数、定電流、赤外線（IR）LEDドライバです。これらのLEDドライバは、6V〜42Vの動作入力電圧範囲が特徴で、1つまたは2つのIR LEDの駆動に最適です。MPQ7231 LEDドライバは、降圧モードまたは昇降圧モードに設定でき、それぞれ最大3Aと2.4Aのピーク電流（ILED_peak）を達成します。これらのドライバは、高度なBCD FET技術をが採用しており、オーム損を最小限に抑え、44mΩ（HS-FET）および40mΩ（LS-FET）を備えた超低オン抵抗MOSFETを提供します。代表的なアプリケーションには、ドライバ監視システム（DMS）、車載カメラ用IR照明、監視システムが含まれます。
