AS6200 Digital Temperature Sensor

ams OSRAM AS6200 Digital Temperature Sensor features high measurement accuracy (±0.4°C) and low power consumption (6µA operation and 0.1µA standby). This module communicates via the I²C interface. The sensor consists of a Si-bandgap temperature sensor, an analog-to-digital converter, and a digital signal processor. The AS6200 is a factory-calibrated sensor with integrated linearization and the ability to use two AS6200 devices on one bus. The ams OSRAM AS6200 digital temperature sensor also offers an alert function that can trigger an interrupt to protect devices from excessive temperatures.
