Sensirion SFC5500/SFM5500質量流量コントローラ/メータは、デジタルマルチガスCMOSens®ベースのデバイスで、熱伝導に基づいた熱量測定原理によってガス質量流量を測定します。このコントローラ/メータは、非常に魅力的なシステムコストで速度、精度、再現性の比類のない定格を達成しています。断熱膜のヒーター素子およびアップストリームとダウンストリームに配置されている2つの熱電対列は、単一のシリコンチップに集積されています。ガスの流量があるとアップストリームとダウンストリームの温度分布が乱れるため、この非対称性が計測されることになります。さらに大きなチャンネル設計によって粒子、目詰まり、加湿ガスに対する堅牢性が強化されています。CMOSens®ベースのセンサは、コンパクトなシングルチップ設計と金属部品間の取付により、電磁妨害(EMC) に対しても高い耐性があります。
