Dialight 599 MicroLED® Bi-Color 0603 SMD LEDs are available in red, blue, yellow, green, and yellow-green options. The red, yellow, and yellow-green LEDs use AlGaInP die material, while the green and blue LEDs use InGaN die material. These LEDs offer a 120° viewing angle, power dissipation of 72mW and 111mW, a forward current of 30mA, and a reverse voltage of 5V. The 599 bi-color LEDs feature Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 3 and are compatible with automatic placement equipment. These LEDs are available in 1.60mm x 0.80mm x 0.60mm dimensions, RoHS-compliant, and operate within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
