SIT04C065 SiC Schottky Diode

Diotec Semiconductor SIT04C065 SiC Schottky Diode supports a 650V repetitive peak reverse voltage (V_RRM) and delivers a 4A average forward rectified current (T_C=154°C). This diode provides a 31A surge current capability and 11.4nC capacitive charge. The SIT04C065 schottky diode features fast switching, high reverse voltage, and power dissipation. This diode is built in a TO‑220AC through‑hole package and offers a low forward voltage of 1.70V (I_F=4A). Typical applications include rectification of high frequencies, power factor correction diodes, and free-wheeling diodes for inverters.
