2.4GHz SAW Filters

Qualcomm RF360 2.4GHz SAW Filters offer low-loss filter ratings for various WLAN, BLUETOOTH®, and LTE bands. These SAW filters feature surface mount technology, Ni/Au-plated terminals, and a moisture sensitivity level of 3. B7509 micro-acoustic filter is a premium-performance low-loss RF single filter for Bluetooth/WLAN with LTE Band 7/Band 40/Band 41 coexistence, while the B7530 filter is an ultra low-loss single filter for Bluetooth/WLAN applications in smartphones with LTE coexistence. Additional SAW filters include B7544, B7520, B7506, and B7539, which all provide low insertion attenuation and come in two package sizes: 0.9mm x 0.7mm or 1.1mm x 0.9mm. Qualcomm RF360 2.4GHz SAW Filters are RoHS compatible and have a maximum package height of 0.6mm.

B7530 Micro-Acoustic Filter

Qualcomm RF360 B7530 Micro-Acoustic Filter features a package for surface-mount technology (SMT) with 0.9mm x 0.7mm dimensions and a 0.56mm maximum height. The B7530 is an ultra-low-loss acoustic filter for BLUETOOTH® / WLAN applications in smartphones with LTE co-existence. This filter offers excellent insertion attenuation, high out-of-band selectivity, unbalanced to unbalanced operation, and an ultra-small size 0907 4-pin package. Qualcomm RF360 B7530 Micro-Acoustic Filter has a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C.

SAW/BAW Filters and Resonators

Qualcomm RF360 SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) and BAW (Bulk Acoustic Wave) Filters and Resonators are AEC-Q200 qualified to satisfy harsh condition requirements, as well as shock and vibration. Hermetically sealed in ceramic packages that can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +125°C, the Qualcomm RF360 SAW/BAW filters and resonators provide a filtering function for RF signals at defined frequencies. These filters are found in all wireless applications, including mobile phones, wearables, smart homes, infrastructure, and industrial applications. In automotive applications, the SAW and BAW filters are suitable for navigation systems, tire pressure monitoring systems, and remote keyless entry.
