LITEON Infrared (IR) LEDs are a comprehensive portfolio of discrete infrared components designed for a wide range of applications, including remote controls, IR wireless data transmission, and security systems. To meet the growing demand for high-performance infrared solutions, LITEON IR LEDs deliver high power output, fast response times, and wide viewing angles. The product line includes GaAs 940nm IREDs, AIGaAs high-speed 850nm IREDs, PIN photodiodes, and phototransistors. For enhanced performance, the photodiodes and phototransistors are available with optical filters that minimize interference from ambient digital light.
