Gate Drive Transformers

ICE Components Gate Drive Transformers are optimized for frequencies ranging from 10kHz to over 1MHz. The gate drive transformers feature a profile as low as 3mm, while the current sense transformers offer full selections of turns ratios. ICE Components Gate Drive and Current Sense Transformers meet UL 94V-0 requirements and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C or +130°C. These devices are ideal for gate drive transformers, AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, pick-and-place applications, and more.

GT17 Gate Drive Transformers

ICE Components GT17 Gate Drive Transformers feature an operating frequency of 420kHz with 9.2mm creepage and 8mm clearance. These devices meet UL 94V-0 requirements and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. ICE Components GT17 Gate Drive Transformers are ideal for signal transformers across isolation barriers and pick-and-place applications.
