TPSI3050/TPSI3050-Q1 Reinforced Switch Drivers

Texas Instruments TPSI3050/TPSI3050-Q1 Reinforced Isolated Switch Drivers are fully integrated and form a completely isolated Solid State Relay (SSR) when combined with an external power switch. The nominal gate drive voltage of 10V with 1.5A/3.0A peak source and sink current allows a large variety of external power switches to be chosen, meeting a wide range of applications.
