InGaP HBT Amplifiers

The frequency of these Skyworks amplifiers ranges from 100MHz to 2.7GHz and the gain ranges from 12.5dB to 20dB. Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY65017-70LF InGaP Cascadable Amplifier is a general-purpose broadband amplifier fabricated from the InGaP HBT process and packaged in a SOT-89 package. This device with 50Ω input and output is easily cascaded without external impedance matching networks. The SKY65017-70LF amplifier offers a typical -3dB bandwidth from 0.1GHz to 6GHz.
