The pad geometry of the widely used OSLON Black Flat product platform was further optimized to allow for excellent thermal conditions.

OSLON® Black Flat X KW5 HQL631.TK LED (5 Chip)

ams OSRAM OSLON^® Black Flat X KW5 HQL631.TK LED offers high-performance, five-chip light-emitting diodes optimized for forward lighting applications. This high-efficiency LED delivers up to 2700lm at 1000mA, making it an ideal replacement for halogen lamps. The pad geometry of the ams OSLON Black platform offers excellent thermal performance, enabling developers to reduce heatsink size or remove it from the application design entirely. The device has an extremely high contrast 1:200 design due to the black case material and TiO2 casting. The LED features a compact 8.81mm x 3.75mm x 0.50mm package ideal for high-density applications.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
