LNAs for Sub-6GHz 5G

Qorvo LNAs for Sub-6GHz 5G are a variety of transistors and amplifiers with industry-leading low-noise performance. Qorvo provides multiple product solutions ranging from discrete transistors to packaged MMIC solutions. These solutions incorporate internal matching and on-chip linearization. Dual amplifiers are available for use as push-pull or balanced amplifier configurations. Qorvo LNAs for Sub-6GHz 5G are manufactured using the pHEMT processes with 0.15µm, 0.25µm, or 0.5µm gate lengths.

TQP3M90xx High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers

Qorvo TQP3M90xx High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers offer high linearity and low noise figure, enabling use in both receiver and transmitter chains for high-performance systems. These High Linearity LNA Gain Block Amplifiers are internally matched using a high-performance E-pHEMT process and only require an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors for operation from a single 5V supply. The Qorvo TQP3M90xx devices also feature an internal active bias circuit, enabling stable operation across bias and temperature variations.
