Chip Quik CV-BP Vacuum Tools
Chip Quik CV-BP Vacuum Tools are designed for handling and placing very small components. These precision probes feature static-dissipative, non-marking Delrin tips and multiple outer- (OD) and inner-diameter (ID) configurations to accommodate different part sizes. CV-BP tools support pick-and-place operations involving metal, plastic, and other parts with smooth, non-porous top surfaces. Each probe is ESD safe and rated for temperatures up to +100°C, making the tools suitable for electronics assembly, rework, and laboratory environments where careful component handling is required. Chip Quik CV-BP Vacuum Tools come in nine size options, allowing users to select an appropriately sized vacuum tip to meet miniature component-handling requirements.
