Guerrilla RF GRF5217 High Efficiency Power Amplifier

Guerrilla RF GRF5217 High Efficiency Power Amplifier is a high-efficiency, two-stage InGaP HBT power amplifier designed to operate across the 1.5GHz to 2.2GHz frequency range. This Guerrilla RF amplifier delivers high gain, strong linearity, and low power consumption for modern wireless communications systems. The device provides 31dB of gain, +22dBm linear output power, approximately 30% power-added efficiency (PAE), and a 3.8dB noise figure. GRF5217 supports digital predistortion (DPD) techniques to achieve excellent ACLR performance. Featuring 50Ω single-ended input and output impedances, digital shutdown functionality, and a rugged design that tolerates mismatched loads, the GRF5217 simplifies RF system design while maintaining reliable performance. Packaged in a compact 3mm × 3mm QFN-16 form factor, the device is well-suited for applications including cellular boosters, distributed antenna systems, automotive compensators, picocells, femtocells, and customer premises equipment.
