Infineon Technologies PROFET™+2 Arduino Shields

Infineon Technologies PROFET™+2 Arduino Shields are designed for PROFET™+2 12V Grade 0 high-side power switches. These evaluation boards are high-temperature-resistant up to 175°C and include one high-side switch (BTS7006-1EPZ, BTS7008-1EPZ, BTS7008-2EPZ, or BTS7040-1EPZ). The purpose of these boards is to provide a quick and easy solution for customers’ lab evaluations. The Infineon Technologies PROFET™+2 Arduino Shields can drive resistive, capacitive, and/or inductive loads.
