Littelfuse AK1-A Axial Leaded TVS Diodes

Littelfuse AK1-A Axial Leaded TVS Diodes are designed to meet the severe surge-test environment for both AC and DC line-protection applications. These diodes are connected in series and/or parallel to create a very high surge current protection solution. The AK1-A TVS diodes feature a very fast response and ultra-low clamping characteristics as compared to Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs). These diodes offer a 1kA current rating and are capable of both reflow and wave soldering. The AK1-A TVS diodes provide a glass-passivated junction and are halogen-free. These diodes feature sharp breakdown voltage and low slope resistance.
