Renesas Electronics RX74M 32-Bit High-Performance MCUs
Resesas RX74M 32-Bit High-Performance Microcontrollers (MCUs) are high-performance IA/FA network-focused MCUs in the RX family. These products expand the RX MCU portfolio to support applications with higher processing requirements. The Resesas RX74M was developed using the 22nm process technology, achieving high-speed operation of the RXv3e core and integration of large-capacity memory with a complex bus architecture. The RXv3e core is enhanced with a security ProtectZone feature, which enables separate access management for the Secure World and Non-Secure World.
