RTC-3225 & RTC-SOP8 Real-Time Clocks

ECS RTC-3225 and RTC-SOP8 Real-Time Clocks (RTCs) offer a 1.1V to 5.5V power voltage range, low current consumption, and a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. These RTCs from ECS are I2C bus interface real-time clocks that support calendar, clock, and timer functions. The RTC-3225-5699C3 RTC embeds a 32.768KHz TCXO and has an SMD3225 package with only 1mm thickness, making it suitable for use in portable and small size electronic devices. The RTC-SOP8-5101A RTC comes in a SOP8 package with 4.9mm x 6mm x 1.6mm dimensions.
