AEC-Q200 Hybrid Polymer Capacitors

KEMET AEC-Q200 Hybrid Polymer Capacitors are designed for automotive applications with extremely high demands. These high-temperature capacitors offer high ripple current, vibration resistance, and a polarized all-welded design. The winding is housed in a cylindrical aluminum can with a high-purity aluminum lid and a high-quality rubber gasket. The winding is also impregnated with a liquid electrolyte for self-healing abilities. KEMET hybrid polymers are available in multiple form factors that include axial, radial crown, and surface mount. KEMET's hybrid polymers are available in multiple form factors. The PHH and A7C series have a radial design for vertical mounting. The PHA series parts are axials, suitable for horizontal mounting with a low profile. The PHS, PHV, and A78 families are surface-mount devices and reflow capable. KEMET AEC-Q200 Hybrid Polymer Capacitors are suitable for use in mobile, automotive, and aircraft installations.

Horizontal & Vertical Hybrid Crown SMD Capacitors

KEMET Horizontal and Vertical Hybrid Crown SMD Capacitors provide high ripple current, up to 40Arms continuous load, and high-temperature capability up to +140°C. These surface-mount capacitors are constructed with a polarized all-welded design with a cylindrical aluminum housing, high vibration resistance, and self-healing behaviors. KEMET Horizontal and Vertical Hybrid Crown SMD Capacitors operate in a -40°C to +125°C temperature range. These capacitors are RoHS and REACH compliant and are AEC-Q200 qualified for demanding applications. Ideal applications include mobile, automotive, and aircraft installations.
