TQL9093 Ultralow Noise Flat Gain LNA

Qorvo TQL9093 Ultra Low Noise Flat Gain Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is a high-linearity amplifier with a 2dB gain flatness (peak-to-peak) over a wide 1.5GHz to 4.0GHz bandwidth. The amplifier typically provides 20dB gain at 2.6GHz, +41.5 dBm OIP3 at a 120mA bias setting and 0.6dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3V to 5.0V.

LNAs for Sub-6GHz 5G

Qorvo LNAs for Sub-6GHz 5G are a variety of transistors and amplifiers with industry-leading low-noise performance. Qorvo provides multiple product solutions ranging from discrete transistors to packaged MMIC solutions. These solutions incorporate internal matching and on-chip linearization. Dual amplifiers are available for use as push-pull or balanced amplifier configurations. Qorvo LNAs for Sub-6GHz 5G are manufactured using the pHEMT processes with 0.15µm, 0.25µm, or 0.5µm gate lengths.
