UF400x Ultrafast Plastic Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor UF400x Ultrafast Plastic Rectifiers are general-purpose devices ideal for use in high-frequency rectification and freewheeling applications in switching mode converters and inverters for consumer products, computers, and telecommunications. These glass-passivated devices feature a low forward voltage drop, high surge current capability, low switching losses, and high efficiency.
