PLPT9 450Lx_E Blue Laser Diodes

ams OSRAM PLPT9 450Lx_E Blue Laser Diodes emit highly concentrated visible light having wavelengths of 447nm and 455nm. These laser diodes act as an efficient radiation source for Continuous-Wave (CW) and pulsed operation. The ams OSRAM PLPT9 450Lx_E blue laser diodes provide a peak output power of 3W and 5.5W and operate within the -20°C to 85°C temperature range. These laser diodes are available in a TO90 package with integrated ESD protection. Typical applications include electronic equipment, projection home LED and laser, projection professional LED and laser, and stage lighting.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
