The CMOS Op-Amps have the advantage of lower power and higher accuracy operation over traditional bipolar amplifiers, especially in terms of input bias current, quiescent current, and input offset voltage.

NCSx325 Operational Amplifiers

onsemi NCS325/NCSx325 Operational Amplifiers have a Zero-Drift architecture and provide precision performance. The Zero-Drift architecture allows continuous auto-calibration, providing very low offset, near-zero drift over time and temperature, and near-flat 1/f noise at only 35µA (maximum) quiescent current.
