Fanstel BM20x Nordic nRF54LM20x BLUETOOTH® 6.0 Modules

The Fanstel BM20x series supports Bluetooth 6.0, IEEE 802.15.4 for Thread and Zigbee networks, and proprietary wireless protocols, with data rates of up to 4Mbps, receive sensitivity down to -106dBm, and programmable transmit power levels from ±8dBm. Advanced security features include secure and non-secure memory protection, cryptographic accelerators, secure key management, tamper detection, and immutable boot protection. Available in multiple antenna configurations, including chip, PCB, and external antennas, as well as power-amplified variants, the modules provide flexibility for a broad range of Internet of Things (IoT), industrial automation, smart building, asset tracking, healthcare, wearable, and edge AI applications. Operating from 1.7V to 3.6V and qualified for temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C, the BM20x modules deliver a robust, low-power wireless platform for next-generation connected devices.
