Lumex 0603 Surface-Mount Diode LEDs
Lumex 0603 Surface-Mount Diode LEDs feature a focused 75° viewing angle that provides clear, front-directed indication while delivering a narrow beam for increased light intensity. These LEDs are more than 10 times brighter than traditional 0603 LED versions. Available colors include red (630nm), yellow (585nm), green (520nm), and blue (470nm). Designed for low-current operation, Lumex 0603 Surface-Mount Diode LEDs offer an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
