KEMET ESD定格表面実装コンデンサ
KEMET ESD定格商業および車載グレードの表面実装コンデンサは、ESD HBM - AEC Q200-002に準じた認定を受けています。このコンデンサは、組立または動作中の静電気放電（ESD）がコンデンサまたは回路に損傷を与える可能性があるアプリケーションに最適です。また、1nF～220nFの容量範囲および-55°C～+125°Cの動作温度範囲が特徴です。このコンデンサは、EIA 0603（1608）、およびC0GまたはX7R誘電体のいずれかのパッケージサイズでのご用意があります。
