Silicon Photodiodes
Engineered for accurate detection from 200nm to 1100nm, Silicon photodiodes deliver dependable performance for applications including position sensing, power monitoring, and general optical detection.

Large Area Avalanche Photodiodes (LAAPD)
LAAPDs feature active areas up to 16mm and support operating voltages up to 2000V with gains up to 300V. The devices offer extremely low noise, stable gain, and exceptional UV detection capability down to 120nm.

InGaAs Photodiodes
Designed for visible-to-infrared sensing from 400nm to 1700nm, InGaAs photodiodes deliver low dark current and high sensitivity, making them ideal for low-light environments such as fiber-optic networks and spectroscopy.

Silicon Carbide (SiC) UV Photodiodes
SiC photodiodes provide a spectral response from 200nm to 380nm with visible-light blocking and are widely used in UV disinfection, flame detection, and scientific applications.
