ZZZ-Amphenol TPC Quick-Connex™ Cordsets & Receptacles

Amphenol TPC Quick-Connex™ Cordsets and Receptacles are designed to make the replacement of electrical and electronic control devices quick and simple. The lineup includes micro, mini, and ISO DIN Form A variants. The products are sealed to prevent the ingress of dust, fluids, and other contaminants. The molded design provides improved strain relief and withstands abuse caused by continuous flexing and pulling, making the Quick-Connex series an ideal solution for keeping applications running smoothly for a long time. Amphenol TPC Quick-Connex Cordsets and Receptacles are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

  - Ensures water-, oil-, and dust-tight seal
- Specially compounded thermoset or thermoplastic elastomer receptacle insert
- Nylon, anodized aluminum, or hard-coated anodized aluminum receptacle shell
- Stainless-steel sleeve over gold-plated female pins (some models)
- Extra-long grounding pin ensures first-in, last-out contact for safety

Mini cordsets
- Molded and keyed assembly
  - Provides rapid and secure connection and disconnection
  - Ensures water-, oil-, and dust-tight seal
- Made with Super-Trex^® portable cord, rated +90°C
- Pins are machine crimped to conductors
- Extra-long grounding pin ensures first-in, last-out contact for safety
ISO DIN Form A cordsets
- Fully molded, rugged polyurethane shell design
  - Completely seals, preventing dust, fluids, and contaminants from damaging internal wiring
  - Provides superior strain relief
  - Resists damage from impact, abrasion, oil, and most chemicals
- Made with Trex-Onics^® 18AWG, 3-conductor cable with heavy-duty yellow polyurethane jacket
- Captive center screw allows for easy installation and will not fall out, preventing loss
- Surge suppression built into each DIN to protect against electrical spikes or surges
- Super bright LED status light
- Self-sealing gasket-free unit
