Diodes Incorporated D3V3ZF1BD2CSP Bi-Directional TVS Diode
Diodes Incorporated D3V3ZF1BD2CSP Bi-Directional TVS Diode is a low capacitance device designed specifically to protect high-speed differential lines. This TVS diode offers excellent ESD protection features, like low peak ESD clamping voltage and high ESD withstand voltage (+/-20kV contacts per IEC 61000-4-2). The D3V3ZF1BD2CSP TVS diode features high peak-pulse current capability (10.5A, tP=8/20µs) and extremely low clamping voltage to protect sensitive I/Os. This TVS diode is available in a small DSN package with 0.60mm x 0.30mm x 0.30mm dimensions. Typical applications include USB3.0, USB3.1, USB3.2 Gen 2 x 2, USB Type-C®, HDMI™ 1.4, HDMI™ 2.0, HDMI™ 2.1, Thunderbolt™ 2, Thunderbolt™ 3, and 10G Ethernet.
