iC-Haus iC-HF 6-Channel RS422 Driver
iC-Haus iC-HF 6-Channel RS422 Driver features 3+3 channel RS-422 line driver/receiver SSI/BiSS transceiver, including loopback. This driver offers reverse polarity protection, differential short-circuit-proof, and reduced EMI. The iC-HF driver supports an encoder link that links 9 input signals directly to output pins. This driver delivers up to 10MHz input/output frequency and features a 3V to 5V voltage range. The iC-HF driver operates from -40°C to 125°C temperature range and is available in a space-saving 32-pin QFN package. This driver protects against undervoltage and overtemperature events. Typical applications include a differential RS422 cable driver, ABZ/UVW/SSI/BiSS encoder RS422 PHY, microcontroller peripheries, control engineering, and BiSS Interface bus structures.
