iC-Haus iC-HG30 Laser Switch
iC-Haus iC-HG30 Laser Switch is a six-channel laser switch that enables the spike-free switching of laser diodes. This switch features frequencies ranging from DC to 250MHz. The iC-HG30 laser switch is controlled via TTL/LVDS inputs, and each channel can operate at up to 1A CW and 5A pulsed current. This switch outputs (LDKx) are 30V- capable for stacked laser diodes. The iC-HG30 laser switch features a 3V to 5.5V wide supply voltage range and operates as six independent voltage-controlled current sinks. Typical applications include TOF camera lighting, LIDAR lighting, pump lasers, laser projection, data transmission, and camera lighting.
