Lattice Semiconductor CertusPro-NX System on Module (SoM) Board
Lattice CertusPro-NX System on Module (SoM) Board is a complete FPGA embedded vision and AI platform for rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and demonstration of high-performance edge applications. The kit combines the Lattice CertusPro-NX FPGA SoM with a versatile carrier board and support for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5, simplifying early-stage system development and enabling flexible application integration.
Dual MIPI CSI-2 camera interfaces, a four-lane SerDes connection, onboard HyperRAM, SPI flash, and flexible I/O resources provide strong support for image processing, peripheral expansion, and compute-module integration. The Lattice CertusPro-NX System on Module (SoM) Board also dedicates one SerDes lane to PCIe Gen2 x1 connectivity for Raspberry Pi CM5 integration, which supports edge AI and industrial automation workflows built around camera, memory, and control expansion.
The SOM kit is ideal for embedded vision, AI-driven edge systems, and industrial automation use cases that need flexible sensor input, FPGA processing, and modular compute integration.
