Mill-Max SMT Spring-Loaded Contacts
Mill-Max SMT Spring Loaded Contacts (SLC) are discrete contacts that offer a range of application heights from 0.137" to 0.430", and many are available in tape and reel packaging. These contacts provide maximum continuity through precision-machined gold-plated components and a low-resistance spring that maintain a consistent electrical path. With maximum stability, the contacts are tested to a minimum of 50G shock and 10G vibration with no spikes >1µs and>1.15V with 0.5A applied and a maximum endurance of 1M cycles.
