TE Connectivity T2KP High Temperature Polyamide PCB Labels
TE Connectivity's T2KP High Temperature Polyamide PCB Labels are designed for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and component identification. These labels feature high-temperature electronics manufacturing, providing reliable traceability even in harsh processing environments. This includes reflow soldering, wave soldering, and chemical washing. The T2KP labels are white, matt polyimide, 2mm thick (50.8µm), with a permanent acrylic adhesive and a white paper glassine liner, suitable for automatic dispensing applications. These labels maintain print legibility, adhesion, and dimensional stability on PCBs exposed to extreme heat and chemicals. Applications include PCB serialization and traceability, engine component labeling (automotive and aerospace), and harness labeling (high-temperature and chemical-resistant).
The T2KP PCB labels are reliable for withstanding fluxes, cleaning solvents, and molten solder used in PCB manufacturing. These labels are designed to be thermal-transfer printed with TE printers and ribbons that allow multiple prints.
