TE Connectivity VAL-U-LOKコネクタにはワイヤ間およびワイヤ対ボード接続の各製品が用意されており、端子は0.165” [4.20mm]中心線ピッチです。また定格電流は回線ごとに9Aで、定格電圧は最大でAC 600Vです。 VAL-U-LOKコネクタラグおよびレセプタクルハウジングはワイヤ間およびワイヤ対パネルの構成が可能で、二重行で2～24ポジションおよび単一行で3～5ポジションの各モデルが用意されています。 ヘッダーアセンブリは垂直および直角のワイヤ対ボード接続が可能です。 縦方向ヘッダはオプションの偏光ペグとドレインホールで利用可能で、ブラインドメイトバージョンが備わってます。また直角ヘッダはオプションでネジ取付フランジを選択できます。 新モデルはターミナル位置保証（TPA）対応でコンタクトのバックアウト防止に役立ち、グローワイヤテストおよびUL 94 V-0規格の両方を満たしています。 VAL-U-LOKのTPA追加デバイスは、0.165インチ（4.20mm）センターライン製品ファミリ用の複列デバイスです。 VAL-U-LOK TPAは、パネルマウントプラグ、フリーハンギングプラグおよびレセプタクルとして最大24ポジションを提供します。 これらのコネクタは既存のVAL-U-LOKコネクタおよびヘッダとの嵌合が可能であり、電線対パネル、電線対電線、電線対基板の各用途に対応しています。
The series includes models that accommodate terminal position assurance (TPA) to help prevent contact back-out and meet the glow wire test and UL 94 V-0 standards. The TPA additions to VAL-U-LOK are double-row devices for the 0.165" (4.20mm) centerline product family. The VAL-U-LOK TPA offers up to 24 positions as panel-mount plugs, free-hanging plugs, and receptacles. These connectors are intermateable with other VAL-U-LOK connectors and headers, supporting wire-to-panel, wire-to-wire, and wire-to-board applications.
