Thermal Transfer Plates for NVIDIA® Jetson™

Advanced Thermal Solutions Thermal Transfer Plates for NVIDIA^® Jetson™ are designed for targeted heat management in modules without integrated thermal plates. These plates feature aluminum 6063 with a black anodized finish for durability and efficient heat spreading. The thermal transfer plates come pre-assembled with Chomerics T766 Thermal Interface Material (TIM) on the base for optimal contact with module surfaces. These plates feature a leaf spring and M2 shoulder screws for secure attachment, while extra M3 mounting holes enable flexible integration into a custom chassis. The ATS-NVP-3681-C1-R1 measures 63mm x 40mm x 5mm and is ideal for Jetson Orin Nano and Jetson Orin NX modules. The ATS-NVP-3724-C1-R0 and ATS-NVP-3725-C1-R0 measure 60mm x 40mm x 5mm and are ideal for Jetson Nano and Jetson Xavier NX modules. The thermal transfer plates are RoHS and REACH compliant.
