100kBd Darlington Output Photocouplers

LITEON 100kBd Darlington Output Photocouplers are high-speed optoelectronic devices designed for applications requiring fast and reliable signal isolation. These photocouplers feature a gallium arsenide infrared LED optically coupled to a high-gain Darlington phototransistor, enabling data transmission rates up to 100kilobaud (kBd). Housed in compact packages, the LITEON 100kBd Darlington output photocouplers offer a high isolation voltage, making them suitable for use in digital communication interfaces, microprocessor input/output isolation, and signal transmission in noisy environments.
