Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM4630/Aデュアル18Aまたはシングル36A DC/DC μModule®レギュレータは、4.5V～15Vの広い入力電圧範囲で動作する効率性の高い設計になっています。LTM4630/Aの出力電圧範囲は、それぞれ18A連続電流を供給する2つの出力によってサポートされており、単一の外付け抵抗で個別に設定できます。レギュレータに必要な入力と出力コンデンサは小数です。LTM4630/Aは、デバイス温度モニタリング用のオンボード温度ダイオード、バーストモード®、多相動作、周波数同期、過電圧/過電流保護が特徴です。DC/DC μModuleレギュレータは、安定性を損なうことなく高スイッチング周波数と電流モードのアーキテクチャによって、ラインおよび負荷変更に対する超高速過渡応答を実現しています。
