NV3600 CMOS出力電圧検出器

Nisshinbo NV3600 CMOS出力電圧検出器は、SENSE端子が42Vの高耐圧であるため、バッテリ電圧を直接監視することができます。出力形態は、NMOSオープンドレイン出力タイプ、またはCMOS出力タイプを選択可能です。このため、外部での抵抗分圧やプルアップ抵抗が不要になり、部品点数およびシステムの暗電流を削減できます。さらに、NV3600では検出電圧と解除電圧を個別に設定することができ、検出時の出力論理も「Low」または「High」を選択できます。そのためシステムの機能に合わせて、最適な動作を実現することができます。
