SMBJ 600W Transient Voltage Suppressors

The series provides 600W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000μs waveform and excellent clamping capability. The low-profile SMB UL 94V-0 packages are designed for surface-mounted applications to optimize board space. Eaton SMBJ 600W Transient Voltage Suppressors are suitable for high-temperature reflow soldering (+260°C/40s at the terminal) and feature terminals with solder-plated leads.
