Infineon 24V_SHIELD_BTT6030 24V保護スイッチArduinoシールドは、24Vの負荷駆動の高速かつ安価なプロトタイピングが可能になる評価ボードです。ボードは、ArduinoマイクロコントローラボードおよびXMC™マイクロコントローラキットとの互換性があります。シールドには、3つの保護ハイサイドパワーMOSFETが装備されています。MOSFETは、5つの24Vチャンネルが備わったPROFET™+ 24Vファミリ（2x BTT6030-2EKA、1x BTT6020-1EKA）です。

- Fast and inexpensive prototyping of 24V load driving
- Load diagnosis with current sense capability
- Overtemperature shut down with latch behavior

- 8V to 36V nominal input voltage (max. 5V to 48V)
- Nominal current up to 5A per channel restricted due to PCB (BTT6020-1EKA nominal current: 7A)
