Laird Technologies Tflex™ B200 Thermal Gap Filler features 2W/m.K thermal conductivity, UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and -40°C to +150°C temperature range. Tflex B200 series has a low modulus interface and softness, relieving mechanical stress and correctly filling gaps due to tolerance that reduces thermal resistance. This filler provides fiberglass enforcement, protecting against breakthroughs or deforming during manual or automated assembly.
