Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-AD400x-FMCZ評価ボードを使用すると、AD4000ファミリのアナログ・デジタル・コンバータ（ADC）の評価が可能になります。AD4000、AD4001、AD4002、AD4003、AD4020は、低消費電力、16、18、20ビット、高精度逐次比較レジスタ（SAR）ADCです。最大2MSPS（AD4020で1.8MSPS）までのスループットに対応できる高性能が備わっています。この評価ボードは、ADCの性能を実演し、さまざまなシステムアプリケーションを対象としたインターフェイスを実現しています。
